THE CLUB card is only for the personal use of the individual to whom it was issued.ģ. Types of valid photo identification include Driver’s License, Passport, State Identification Card, or Military Identification.Ģ. Valid photo identification is required at time of enrollment. Members of THE CLUB must be 21 years of age or older. Your enrollment as a member of THE CLUB and/or your use of THE CLUB card constitutes your acceptance of the rules.ġ. It is your responsibility to read these rules so that you understand the program’s rules and benefits and your responsibilities under the program. Your participation in THE CLUB will be governed by these rules. The following rules and regulations form the basis of participation in the Chumash Casino Resort CLUB membership program.
